2018 Regulations Amending the Border Enforcement Measures Regulations for Copyright.
The Copyright Regulations Respecting Border Enforcement Measures Regulations, 2018 were adopted on September 10, 2018 and came into force on October 10, 2018.
The Regulation amends Regulations border enforcement measures for copyright in order, to put in place procedures at the border to allow holders of rights or to ask license to the Director General of the Singapore customs administration to seize unauthorized copyrighted works.
