2018 Regulations Amending the Border Enforcement Measures Regulations for Marks
The 2018 Regulations Amending the Border Enforcement Measures Regulations for Marks were adopted on September 10, 2018 and came into force on October 10, 2018.
This regulation amends the rules respecting border enforcement measures for trademarks in order, in particular, to set up border procedures to allow owners and holders of trademark licenses to request the Director General of Administration Singapore customs to seize goods that infringe a mark.
