Hélène Stankoff is a French and European Patent Attorney. She is a graduate engineer of the Ecole Centrale de Lyon (ECL 91).
She began her intellectual property career in various firms, before joining Santarelli in 1998, where she advises and assists clients both in the development of their patent portfolio and in their strategy for defending their rights. She regularly works along with lawyers who have expertise in patent litigation and defends large companies in opposition before the EPO. She is also experienced in conducting intellectual property audits. Hélène became a partner in 2009.
Her generalist engineer’s training means that she can operate in numerous technical fields, such as mechanics, electro-mechanics, physics, materials science and signal processing. In addition to her professional training activities, she is a marker for the European Qualifying Examination.
Finally, she is an active member and the secretary of APEB since 2017.
